There are two ways how we can print an invoice or estimate using QuickBooks Online Simple Start, @earthdoctorbreva.
First, let's proceed to the Sales tab and print the transactions using the dropdown menu under the Action column. Let me show you how:
- Log in to your QBO account.
- Click the Sales tab on the left panel.
- Choose the All Sales tab.
- Look for the invoice or estimate and click the dropdown menu under the Action column.

Another way to do the task is by opening the transaction itself. From there, proceed to the footer section and select the Print or Preview button.
- Go to the Sales menu.
- Choose the All Sales tab.
- Find and click the invoice.
- Proceed to the footer section and click the Print or Preview button.
