In QuickBooks Online, the option to pull up report that has mailing address of employees is unavailable. However, you can review each employee profile in the Employee list.
Here’s the process:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
- Go to Payroll menu and select Employees.

- Select a specific employees to view the mailing address.

While this option is not available, I encourage you to submit product suggestions regarding with this.
You can perform the steps to send your feedback in QBO. Here’s how to do it:
- Click the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
- Enter your feedback Suggestion.
- Press Next.
