I'd be happy to lend a helping hand in activating your inactive class. We just have to modify the Setting. Let me show you how:

How do I reactivate when they are no longer accessible?
Hey Kenif, the behavior you’re seeing is most likely tied to your browser rather than the Classes themselves. Let’s start with a few quick browser checks to rule out this display issue.
First, please sign in to QuickBooks Online using an incognito window to help bypass any corrupted data stored in your usual browser. Once you’re in, proceed to the Class list section with Include inactive turned on.
If classes still don't show, try restarting your browser and ensure you’re using a supported and up-to-date version. Should the issue persist, it's best to contact our live support team so they can take a closer look at your account and check the underlying data directly.
Also, you’re right that inactive Classes will still show up in reports like the Profit & Loss by Class and the Balance Sheet as deleted historical entries. This is by design, allowing you to see that those transactions were assigned to the inactive Class. Please note that there's no built‑in option to hide those rows from the reports.
I’ll keep this conversation available for any follow-up updates or questions.
