How do I recover a deleted expenditure?

I have ways to help you handle those deleted expenditures in QuickBooks, @lisa O.

A deleted transaction in QuickBooks Online is irreversible. The best way to handle this is to recreate it manually. I'd recommend opening your audit log for review.

Here’s how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Tools, select Audit Log.
3. Click the Filter button.
4. From the Users field, select All Users.
5. Choose All Dates in the Date field.
6. Under Events, mark the Transactions box.
7. Choose Deleted/Voided Transactions in the Show: field.
8. Click the Apply button.
9. Look for the expenditure and click View.
10. Select the added history and take note of its details.
    
    

Then, you can start creating the transaction using the details you get from the audit log.

Before laying down the steps, I'd like to ask some details from you regarding the deleted transaction. 

Are you also trying to recover the deleted transaction as what Lisa O mentioned? Or are you trying to make corrections with the balances after deleting the entry?
