How do I remove shipping addresses from invoices? Some have it, some don't. Deleting their address under shipping and unchecking the box does not help.

Let me help you remove the shipping address in your customer invoices, @atlanticpool123.

There are different ways on how you can remove this feature when you create invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

One is to turn off the Shipping field in the Account and Settings. Let me show you how:

  1. Click the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Sales section and turn off the Shipping button.
  3. Select Done.

The other option is to uncheck the Shipping box in your customized sales form. Here's how:

  1. Select the Gear icon and click Account and Settings.
  2. Choose Custom form styles under the YOUR COMPANY section
  3. Look for sales form that you're using and select Edit.
  4. In the Content window, click the upper section of the invoice format.
  5. Go to the Display section and uncheck the Shipping box.
  6. Click Done.

You can also remove the shipping address in your customer profile. This way, it won't auto populated in your invoice once you create it. Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to Sales and select Customers.
  2. Click the name of the customer and select Edit.
  3. In the Shipping address section, remove the details.
  4. Select Save.

Additionally, you can run the Transaction List by Customer report in QBO. This will show you the list of  income and expense transactions grouped by customer. Just go to Reports and open the Transaction List by Customer report.

I'm always here to help if you have any other concerns or questions. Just tag my name in the comment section and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Stay safe.
