How do I remove the credit card payment option on invoices?

Hello @patty-eisenhaur,

To remove the credit card payment option from your invoices in QuickBooks, go to Settings > Account and Settings > Payments. Under the Payment Methods section, uncheck the Credit Card option and save your changes.

This will prevent clients from paying via credit card on future invoices. You can also adjust these settings while creating an invoice by clicking on Payment Options. Hope this helps!

How do I remove the credit card payment option on invoices?

I can help you remove the credit card option in your invoices, Patty.

In QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), you can turn off the credit card option in the invoice window. It allows you to customize how you want to receive payments.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Invoices section.
  2. Select the invoice you want to remove the credit card payment option.
  3. Click Customize settings and select the invoice Payments section.
  4. Turn off the credit card payment option.
  5. Save your changes.
