The ability to remove email limitations in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is currently unavailable. However, if you're using a QBO trial account, you can send your sales forms with a maximum of 100 emails.
That said, I'd suggest completing your QBO subscription to email more transactions like invoices. You can update your subscription status by following these steps:
Otherwise, if you're currently subscribed to QBO and still can't send more emails, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. Doing so can help you update your billing information since they have the necessary tools to pull up your account.

I was promised this would get fixed three months ago and it has not. Nor have I received any communication following that promise.

Our product developers base this on the number of requests from customers like you. The more request they will get, the faster they can be implemented in future updates.
