I'll help you activate your customer, twisted3logistic.
The inactive customers are usually hidden from the customer list. To view and reactivate them, you'll have to turn on the Include inactive option. Here's how to do it:
Select Sales from the sidebar menu.
Go to the Customers tab.
Click the Gear icon above the Action column header.
Tick the Include inactive checkbox, then locate the name of your customer again.
Once you found it, select the Make active link from the Action column.
I've also added some articles that you can read to learn how to edit, import, and merge customers in QuickBooks Online:
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the issue you've encountered. Were you able to reactivate your customer? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at anytime.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
I wasn't able to find or reactivate the costumer but I find a lot has changed and I'm relearning to navigate the page. I do not know where to find the sales menu
