How do I restore a deleted customer?

I'll help you activate your customer, twisted3logistic.

The inactive customers are usually hidden from the customer list. To view and reactivate them, you'll have to turn on the Include inactive option. Here's how to do it:

  1. Select Sales from the sidebar menu.
  2. Go to the Customers tab.
  3. Click the Gear icon above the Action column header.
  4. Tick the Include inactive checkbox, then locate the name of your customer again.
  5. Once you found it, select the Make active link from the Action column.

I've also added some articles that you can read to learn how to edit, import, and merge customers in QuickBooks Online:

How do I restore a deleted customer?

I wasn't able to find or reactivate the costumer but I find a lot  has changed and I'm relearning to navigate the page. I do not know where to find the sales menu

I can help you with reactivating a customer, @eventsplanner.

You can go to the Get paid & pay section or Sales menu to restore the deleted customer or make it inactive. An inactive customer is still searchable from the Customers page. Just make sure to include all the inactive from that page. Once done, click on the search box beside the Batch actions dropdown and type deleted

Here's how:

  1. Go to Get paid & pay or Sales, and select Customers.
  2. Click the Gear icon (⚙) icon near the Action column.
  3. Select the Include inactive checkbox.
  4. Find the inactive customer on the list.
  5. In the Action column, select Make Active.
