how do i run an open invoice report for date ranges? such as for open invoices for 2023?

Hi @ElectricalByLance. We can customize the date to show the 2023 report for open invoices. But, to make sure we're on the same page, I'll provide two scenarios to avoid confusion.

If you're referring to "by month" of 2023 report, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Type "Open Invoices" in the search bar.
  3. Under the Report period drop-down, select Custom dates.

  4. Filter the date.
  5. Run report.

However, if you want to filter a specific date including the previous dates in one report, you can export your data to Excel to organize your reports accordingly.

Here's how:

  1. From Gear icon, choose Export data.

  2. On the Reports tab, select the date range.
  3. To add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tab, switch on/off the button.

  4. Export to Excel, then hit OK to complete.
