Hello. I'm here to help you view a list of your transactions that share the same tag.

To achieve this, you can pull up the Transactions by tag list. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Tags.

2. Look for the tag or enter the tag name in the search field.

3. Under the Transactions column, click the button that shows how many transactions are associated with that tag (For example, 2 transactions).

4. Once you've done that, you'll be taken to the Transactions by tag page.

In case you want to run reports for tag groups to review how tagged transactions are performing, you can follow Step 3 of this article: Tag transactions in QuickBooks Online.

I'm still all ears if you have any other concerns besides seeing a list of transactions with the same tag. Feel free to leave a comment on this thread. Have a great day!

how do i see a list of tagged transactions with the same tag

Hi, thanks for the response.

I guess what I'm getting at is that it doesn't work anymore, and the transaction list by tags also doesn't work. I'm adding my name to the list of affected users to be notified when it's resolved!

Do you know anything like that, or do you (fingers crossed) have an email for someone at QBO who will respond to me?

Thanks!

I understand the importance of having the transaction list by tags in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Once an update is available, affected users will notified via email. Since you've already added your name to the list of affected users but haven't received email updates, I recommend contacting our Technical Support Team to inquire about the status of your case. They have the tools to pull up your account and will offer you precise information to resolve the issue.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help.
  3. Provide a brief description of your issue. Select Contact Us and choose a way to connect:
  •    Start a chat with a support expert.
  •    Get a callback from the next available expert.

Additionally, if you need to generate a report to view the transaction list by tags, refer to this article for more assistance: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

Let us know if you have other queries about QuickBooks concerns. I'm here for you. Take care.
