Hi kersten1. It's unfortunate to hear you have to go. The good new is, suspending your account is quite simple. Just follow these steps:
- Select the Gear Icon in the top right corner
- Then from the menu that appears, select Account and Settings in the far left column
- Now, click on Billing and Subscription on the left
- Last, under the subscription box select Cancel and follow the prompts
Now your account is suspended, your information will remain stored for up to 365 days after your cancellation. If perhaps you decide to come back you just need to follow the same steps, but hit Reactivate at the end. If there are any other questions or concerns, just me know so I can help.
