I'm here to help undo the auto confirmed transactions, cvance73.

To start, let's go to the Categorized section and filter it to Any rule to view all the transactions that we're automatically categorized using rules. I'll guide you how.

  1. Go to the Banking menu and then select Banking.
  2. Select the correct bank account.
  3. Choose the Categorized tab.
  4. On the Filter section, click the drop-down menu, then select Any Rule.

Then, we can now locate and undo the auto confirmed bank transactions.

  1. On the Categorized tab, locate the transactions you want to undo.
  2. Place a checkmark beside the transactions.
  3. Click Undo.

Once done, you can start categorizing and matching the bank transactions. This ensures your books are accurate.

I'm always here if you have other questions with regards to managing your bank transactions. Please post your questions here and I'll respond as soon as possible. Keep safe.

Hello there, @azlauren.

Let's go to your bank register so you can manage all your auto-confirmed transactions and categorize them accordingly in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

Generally, all your downloaded and auto-matched transactions will be added to your register in QuickBooks. For the time being, the option to undo them at one time is unavailable in QBDT. If you want to recategorize or delete them, you'll have to manually edit their info from your register. Here's how:

  1. Go to Lists and choose Chart of Accounts.
  2. Double-click on the bank account to see the register.
  3. Find the auto-confirmed transaction and double-click to open its details. 83.PNG
  4. Recategorize the transaction or click the Delete (X) button to delete.
  5. Click Save & Close.

For the complete guide in reviewing and categorizing downloaded transactions in QBDT, you can refer to this article: Add and match Bank Feed transactions in QuickBooks Desktop.

Also, I encourage you to reconcile your accounts in QBDT regularly (every month). This helps monitor your income and expense transactions and detect possible errors accordingly. You may want to check out this article as your reference to guide you in doing and fixing reconciliations in QBDT: Learn the reconciliation workflow in QuickBooks.

If you have any other banking concerns or questions about managing transactions in QBDT, don't hesitate to drop a comment below, and I'll gladly help. Take care, and I wish you continued success, @azlauren.
