Buy nowI'm trying to create a report that shows the "Created User" as the row, the "Date" as the column, and the sum of created transactions as the values. I've tried this and about 1808123 other combinations of Rows/Columns and I never get anything to show up in "Values".
In Excel, this is pretty easy. What am I misunderstanding in QBO?
I can just never get "Values" to show anything.
I should have said "Count", not "Sum". But I can't edit.
I did build a report! What does this even mean?
Hi, @Queue Bee No.
I appreciate all your efforts in dealing with this matter. I am here to guide you about the customization of your report.
A pivot table lets you customize certain data by choosing the drop-down icon in your designated field. Once done, you can see an option where you can select the data type you'd like to see in your report.
Since there's no data that shows on your end, I recommend contacting our customer support to help verify what's causing the problem.
Here's how:
We're open to support you from 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday to Friday. You can also still contact phone support from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
For more detailed information on customizing reports under QBO, you can always read this article: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online using modern view
If you have any additional questions in running your report in QBO, feel free to contact us anytime. We're always here to extend a hand. Have a good day.
Please stop replying to posts with a wall of useless text! It's infuriating. If you don't have an answer, don't post.
I call support about 5 times a week. Sometimes I just don't feel like dealing with them and want to PASSIVELY get an answer from someone who is not on Intuit's payroll. If I wanted scripted support and a waste of my time I would call support. I posted here because I wanted input from other users who actually have to deal with the product.
