You'd be glad to know that you can use the late fees feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and add it to your overdue invoice, jschall@offconta.
All we have to do is enable the feature, set it up, and it'll automatically apply the fee to your past due invoice. Let me show you how.

I dont have the option of late fees in my settings, is this only available in the states?

I understand the importance of having a late fees option in your settings. However, this feature is only currently available in the US QuickBooks version.
With this, I recommend using a third-party app to help you apply and calculate late fees for overdue invoices in your QuickBooks Online.
