How do we print customer mailing labels from the online QB version?

 

Welcome to QuickBooks Community, @balancedhealthdu.
 

We can print customer mailing labels by using the Customer Contact List report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
 

Here's how to do it:

  1. On the left pane, select Reports.
  2. Enter Customer Contact List in the search box.
  3. From Customer Contact List, click the Printer icon on the upper right.
  4. Hit the Printer icon on the pop-up window.

You can also customize the list by going to the Settings icon on the upper right corner of the Customer Contact List. Untick boxes for the unnecessary details.
 
Once you've get the Customer Contact List, let's go on creating a mailing list by exporting it to Excel and then use mail merge template in MS Word, this article will be your guide for the steps: How to create a mailing list using the Contact list Report.

How do we print customer mailing labels from the online QB version?

It's nice to have you in the Community, @BillBayer. I’m here to walk you through the steps on how to print labels for customers in QuickBooks Online.

 

You have the option to modify the dates on a report. This way, you’ll be able to print labels for customers registered after a specific date.

 

Here’s how:

  1. Go to Reports at the left navigational pane.
  2. In the search bar, Enter Customer Contact List.
  3. Then, Click Customize.
  4. From the Filter, modify Created Date and Last Modified Date from the drop-down icon.
  5. When done, click Run Report to apply the customization.

From there, you can now print the report by clicking the Printer icon on the upper right.
