We assign Customer Account numbers to each of our customers (These are inputted via "Edit Customer", "Payment Settings", then "Account No." in QB Desktop Enterprise).
When running a report such as AR Aging Summary, how can I add a column next to the Customer which shows their personalised Customer ID?

Hey Jaytor93,
Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! You can't add columns to that report unless you export it to Excel and alter it there. Otherwise, you can run an A/R Aging Detail Report and add columns by pressing on the Customize Report button at the top-left of the window and selecting Custom ID.
Please let me know if you need further clarification. I will be here to assist, See you around.
