Another way is to ask questions here in the community of peer users. Answers will be provided by experts who use the product daily (and by Intuit employees for whom English is not their native language, lol)
How do you get help with the online version? My bookkeeper has ENDLESS issues and can't get any help?
Oh, and there are training tools, videos and study guides for anyone you invite as an accountant user. It would not be out of line for you to change your bookkeeper (if fully trusted) into an accountant user. The free QBOA account includes additional accounting and reporting tools as well.

And it doesn't have to be Local; that's the point of having cloud-based tools and functions. For example, I am in Montana, yet I refer my QB Online clients to a ProAdvisor in Illinois.
