I appreciate you posting here in QuickBooks Community, vmutambuki-mumos.
I understand how important to set up a standard email authentication method in QuickBooks. It'll surely help you verify that emails came from you. However, doing this in our program is unavailable.
We only have the lists of Intuit's service email addresses, server hostnames, and IP addresses. You can work with an IT expert to help you add the QuickBooks Online mail server hostnames and IP addresses to your outgoing mail servers allow list.
Also, I'd recommend sending your product suggestion directly to our product engineers. You can log in to your QBO account. Then, go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
I'm sharing these articles for further guidance. They contain details on how your QuickBooks emails won't be marked as spam. It indicates a safe sender on the email account.
Keep your post coming if you have additional concerns about adding Intuit's service email addresses to your email's allow list. I'll be around to help. Take care and stay safe.
