How do you track estimates being submitted to the customer? Would love a status of "Submitted" so we can differentiate between estimates we are working on.

I'm happy to help you track the estimates that have been submitted to your customers.
You can run the Estimates by Customer report. This report will provide you the name of the customer, number of the estimate, status, a few other bits of information and invoice # if it's been applied. You can also customize and add the Sent column so you can see if the estimate has been emailed or not.
Let me show you how:
Select Reports on the left pane.
Enter and select Estimates by Customer in the search box.
Click the Customize button.
Under Rows/Column, select Sent and Delivery Address.

The status of estimates in QuickBooks Online is Pending, Accepted, Closed and Rejected. I think that it's great to have a Submitted status, so I've sent your suggestion to our Product Developers.
