These ads are designed to inform you about new features in QuickBooks Online and suggest ways to improve your experience. However, I understand that these ads may affect your navigation.
At the moment, the option to disable the ads from popping up is unavailable. You can easily ignore them by clicking X or No, thanks buttons to remove the ads from your homepage.

That not the experience I am getting. I have to close them over and over again all day long same ads.
When I hit the x button then a minute or 2 later they are back. Could be helpful if I close it after reading and it goes away but not if I have to close it over and over again.
This reminds me of those post 2000 websites with all the popups you had to keep closing.
Can you make a bug report to your development team and tell them they keep coming back. Post the bug request number here.
The problem is, they don't see it as a bug. It's how it is designed to function.
I use a pop-up blocker on my computer. I haven't had the issue since.
