The convenience of having the option to go back to the old invoice layout. One of the updates made in the program is the invoice format.
However, we want to inform you that starting from April 24, 2024, Simple Start and Essential subscribers will no longer have the option to revert to the old invoice layout. Additionally, starting from May 6, 2024, Plus and Advance subscribers will also no longer have this option. These plans have been permanently migrated to the new invoice experience, and there is no option to opt-out or switch back.

I been with Quickbook for 28 years but I guess is time to jump out if not longer works for me.
Hooray! QB is going to make everyone's life more miserable. You are clueless! Try using your program for real, as an invoicing tool (the way we communicate with clients to get our money to sustain our businesses). QB is all about making phone users happy with click of a button frills that delight the young "business" people while completely wiping out the basic functions that have been developed for years (and still not perfect) that could actually create invoices that communicated what our clients need to pay and what they still owe. So out of touch you are! And all of the people begging for the same statement and invoice capabilities are left unheard. It's evil in my opinion. It is neglect. It is abusive.
I am glad to see other companies developing competitive bookkeeping solutions. When they get it down, Intuit will die. They will pay the price someday.
This is not just a few of us, I hear it with everyone I talk to.
