How should I categorize a VRBO refund for a canceled work trip in which I got a partial refund?

I had paid for a VRBO rental in full (plus a $1500 pet deposit) and we had to cancel our work trip. I now have 3 partial refunds to categorize in my credit card transactions. (I did not set up VRBO as a vendor.)

enter each refund and use the same expense account for VRBO that you used when you entered the original payment
