How to access the journal entry history list

A warm welcome to the Community, orchida.

Using the Advanced Search feature in QuickBooks Online, you can access the journal entry history lists. Let me walk you through the process:

  1. Click the Search or the Magnifying Glass icon at the top and select the Advanced Search link below.
  2. Choose Journal Entries for the Transaction Type.
  3. Hit Search.

Another way to access all your entries is by pulling up the Journal report. Here's how:

  1. Click Reports in the left panel and search for Journal.
  2. On the report screen, click Customize.
  3. Go to Filter and select Transaction Type.
  4. Choose Journal Entry.
  5. Hit Run report.
  6. Filter the date and this will show all the information you need.

I recommend customizing the report to get the specific details you need. You can also memorize it to save its current customization settings. It serves as your record and helps you quickly access it for future use.

Hope I helped you get all straightened out today. Let me know if you have other questions. I'll be around to provide additional assistance. Have a good one.
