Is there a way to bulk add Location/Department codes to existing transactions in quickbooks online?
Hi there, @akeeler.
I'm here to help share information about adding location/department in a bulk/batch.
As of now, there isn't an option/way to add location/department codes to existing transaction by batch in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
However, if you're using QuickBooks Online Accountant you have extra tools to reclassify transactions by batch.
For your reference, you may check this article: How to use the reclassify transactions tool in QuickBooks Online Accountant.
Just add a post/comment below if you have any other questions about class tracking, I'll be always here to help you. Wishing you the best!
