You can use the search bar at the top of any page, here in the community, to find answers to most questions. I was able to find these steps.
I would recommend deleting ALL of your payment information, especially Credit cards.
That way, they can't continue billing you, once the account has been closed.
You can cancel your subscription by following these steps:
- Be sure to sign in as admin. You can't cancel the account if you're not a master or admin user.
- Go to Settings ⚙ and select Account and Settings.
- Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
- In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel or Cancel Trial.
- Follow the steps on the screen to cancel your subscription.
