Let me welcome you first to the Community. For your company logo to display in all sales forms and purchase orders, let’s open the Standard template to add it.


Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top and select Custom Form Styles under Your Company.
  2. In the All lists section, choose the Standard template and tap the Edit drop-down in the Action column.

  3. Press the Design tab to access the Make logo edits menu.

  4. From there, click the image to open the Logos window.

  5. To attach the emblem, tap the Plus icon to open the field where you saved the image and then append it.
  6. Once done, click Save to keep the changes.

Regarding your other concern, the option to remove the signature and date lines are unavailable at this time. I can see how this feature would be helpful for your business.

Hi,

 

The changes in QBOL regarding the style forms are not applicable on Purchase orders form, it is only applicable on Sales & Estimates & Credit notes only.

please advise how to add a logo on the purchase order form.

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.

  4. Select Show logo or click the button to add one.
