Make sure to verify the billing address in QuickBooks Online is the same billing address on the credit card statement.
Click Save Changes.

Login to your QuickBooks Online account using an incognito or private browser. Kindly use either of the following shortcut keys:
Google Chrome, press CTRL + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P
Internet Explorer: press CTRL + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If you’re able to able to access your account and edit your payment method successfully, you may want to clear browsing history of your regular web browser.

You don't have worry if you mistype a Payment Method description in QuickBooks Online. You can simply edit it with the correct name and you're good to go! For your guide, follow the steps below:
At the top of your QBO file, click the Gear icon. You will see it beside the notification bell.
Choose All Lists from the options.
Pick Payment Methods.
Find the one you created earlier and click the drop-down arrow beside Run report.
Click on Edit, then input the correct Name.
Once done, hit Save.
