I hope this has been resolved. If you still need help, I've got the steps to pull up the data you need.

 

If you're trying to generate the federal and state tax forms, then here's how to do it:

  1. Click Taxes on the left panel, and then select Payroll Tax.
  2. Under Forms, choose the type of form that you want to download or print (quarterly or annual forms).
  3. Select the form, and then click the Preview button.
  4. Click the Printer icon to print the form.

If it's a report that you're looking for, I'd suggest pulling up the Payroll Tax and Wave Summary report. This lists all the federal and state taxes on a particular period.

 

Here's how to open it:

  1. Click Reports on the left panel.
  2. Type Payroll Tax and Wave Summary on the search box.
  3. In the Date Range drop-down, choose the period that you want to display on the report.
  4. Click Run Report.
  5. To print or export the report to Excel, click the Share button in the upper right-hand corner.
  6. Select Export to Excel or Printer Friendly.
