In QBSE, you can add only add products and services to the invoice. If the item is already entered in the company, create another one with the correct information.
- Open the invoice you’re working on.
- Navigate to the Product or Service section.
- Go to the line item in question and click the drop-down to select Add new.
- In the Product or service window, enter the item details in the Name field.
- Fill in the remaining boxes with the right information.
- Click Save to keep the changes.
