Currently, the option to export your transaction list to Google Sheets is only available in the Advanced version. You may need to upgrade your plan to be able to use this feature. Please refer to this article to be guided in doing the process: Change your QuickBooks Online subscription.
Once you're all set up and ready follow these steps to download your transactions to Google Sheets:
- Go to Business overview.
- Choose Reports, then open the appropriate transaction report.
- Select the Export to Google Sheets option from the Export drop-down menu.
- You are sent a verification code to verify your access and identity.
- Enter the verification code sent to you.
- Review the permissions information presented.
- Select Allow to accept permissions.
- Sign in to Google, if prompted.
Alternatively, you'll want to consider visiting our market or head to the Apps menu within your account. There are plenty of third-party applications integrated to QuickBooks Online that can extend the program's exporting capabilities. Here's how:
- Select Apps from the sidebar menu.
- Click the Find Apps tab.
- Enter a keyword in the search bar or select Browse category to filter the results.
