How to find deleted/inactive customer

It's a straightforward process to locate deleted or inactive customer profiles in QuickBooks Online, info2039.

I'd be glad to guide you through the steps on how you can find them in your customer list. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Sales menu and select Customers.
  2. Click the small Gear icon right above the Action column.
  3. Check the box for Include inactive.

Please note that deleted or inactive customers will have a word (deleted) right after their name. If you want to reactivate a customer, simply click the Make active beside it.
