It's great to see a new face here in the Community. Let's work together to find your lost invoice.
You can search a few places in your QuickBooks Online account to help you find this lost invoice. Here they are:
- From the Dashboard, hit the Magnifying Glass to search.
- Go to the Sales tab on the left-hand menu bar. Select the Invoices portion of the page. You can review and narrow down by date and/or status.
- Look over the Audit Log if none of the other options work. The invoice could have been accidentally deleted or edited.
