How to get list of sales receipts?

Is there a way to get a list of sales receipts? Not invoices, just sales receipts.  I tried asking Support in a chat, but honestly, QB support is abominable.

How to get list of sales receipts?

I want to make sure you're able to pull up the list of sales receipts in QuickBooks Online, Eunos.

The Sales page gives you a great at-a-glance view of the status of sales transactions, like sales receipts.

To view all Sales Receipts, please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Sales from the left menu, then All sales.
  2. Click the Filter button.
  3. Choose Sales Receipts from the Type drop-down.
  4. Choose All statuses form the Status drop-down.
  5. Filter other fields, then click Apply.
  6. Mark all sales receipts, then click the Print list icon if you want to print it.

You can run the Transactions List by Customers report, then filter the Transaction Type by Sales Receipt. It shows the data that you need. Please see the attached screenshot below as a visual reference.

To run and customize the report, check out these articles below for instructions and detailed steps.

I want to make sure you're able to get all sales receipts without chatting our Live Support Team. Let me know if you need more help with this by commenting below. It's always my pleasure to provide assistance. Enjoy the rest of your day.

How to get list of sales receipts?

When I create a report off Transactions by Customer, it shows all my Sales Receipts. However, when I click on "Sales" and then select All Sales, All statuses, All transactions, I'm still missing every sales receipt from any Customer that has been made inactive. Why don't those show up? They're still Sales Receipts.
