Buy now & saveHi there, jody.m.vogie.
Thank you for turning to the Community for support. I'm happy to provide some info about the invoice layouts in QuickBooks Online.
Good news - there is an option to switch back to the old layout. This can be done in a just a few steps:
1. Go to the +New button.
2. Select Invoice.
3. In the upper-right corner, click the Old Layout button.
4. Then, Leave.
Please know that switching to different invoice styles in QBO is available only to certain users. If you don't have the option to switch I recommend submitting feedback to the Product Development Team by selecting the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
Additionally, you can browse this article for personalizing your sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
Please don't hesitate to drop a comment below if you have any other questions. I'll be here to lend a hand.
Thank you for your response. There was no "switch to old" notation anywhere.
This happened before, a few months ago, then all of a sudden, the template went
back to the original version. I absolutely HATE this new 'update'. It literally
makes my job MORE DIFFICULT when entering invoices now. NOT. GOOD.
They are switching... No, FORCING everyone to the "new" layout by the 6th of May. There is no "opt out" option and NO ONE is listening to the hundreds of us that don't want it.
