QuickBooks Online (QBO) automatically downloads credit card transactions via bank feeds once the account is linked online. However, it does not always import the actual credit card statements automatically.
The error you’re encountering indicates that the automatic import of bank statements into this credit card is unsupported. Not all banks and credit cards are fully compatible with QBO’s direct upload of bank statements.
As a workaround, I recommend manually attaching your bank statement during the reconciliation process.
