How To Integrate/Link Multiple Etsy Shops into 1 QB Online

Hello

I run multiple Etsy shops/accounts. I am new to the QB Online starting 2023. I mainly use it because it advertised that I can integrate/link my Etsy shops with QB easily. I was able to do that for my first shop but can't find a way to do that for my other shops. Is there a way I can do this in QB? I want to be able to see my day-to-day transactions for all of my shops in QB. If not, I don't see a reason to use QB and pay a hefty monthly fee when I can easily do it with MS Excel.

Just want to pick brains of others. Any successful way to make this happen? If not, any other accounting/bookkeeping software enable me to do this other than QB?

You need to use a paid connector.

As an additional option, use a backup restore app before connecting the apps.

I haven't found an accounting app that supports multiple Etsy accounts natively.

I agree with Fiat that you'll need a third-party app connector via QuickBooks Commerce to let you access various sales channels. For guidance on what app to use, you can go to the Apps menu in your QBO account and browse for one that suits your business needs.

Wait - Why the hell can you NOT connect multiple Etsy stores to one QB account?? That is insanely stupid. Intuit - fix this ASAP!
