I understand the importance of tracking your inventories in alignment with Amazon in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me share some information regarding this matter.
Using a third-party app is the best way to track inventory located on Amazon since QBO doesn't support multiple inventory locations.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend a particular third-party app for your needs. However, QuickBooks provides a feature that allows you to search for an app that meets your specific requirements. We suggest looking into it that can help you address this particular concern. You can review the apps compatible with QuickBooks to find a suitable solution.
To choose your third-party app using your QBO account, you can follow the steps below:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- On the left navigation panel, select the Apps tab.
- Choose Find apps.
- Search for the app you wish to connect to in the magnifying glass bar or select the Browse category ▼ to search for an app by category.
