A profit and loss statement, also known as an income statement, statement of operations, or statement of earnings, summarizes a business's revenue, expenses, and profits or losses over a specific period. To print the P&L statement in 2023, please follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your QBO account.
- Click on Reports from the left menu.
- Search for the Profit and Loss report.
- Click on Customize Report.
- Choose the date range you want to include in the "Report Period" section.
- Click on Run Report.
- Click the Print icon on the report.
- Review the print settings and select Print.
