How to print my profit and loss statement for 2023

Hello, Ray.

Thank you for reaching us. I am happy to assist you with printing the profit and loss reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

A profit and loss statement, also known as an income statement, statement of operations, or statement of earnings, summarizes a business's revenue, expenses, and profits or losses over a specific period. To print the P&L statement in 2023, please follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click on Reports from the left menu.
  3. Search for the Profit and Loss report.
  4. Click on Customize Report.
  5. Choose the date range you want to include in the "Report Period" section.
  6. Click on Run Report.
  7. Click the Print icon on the report.
  8. Review the print settings and select Print.
