Buy nowHi there, @Jay2616. Thanks for sharing your concern on the QuickBooks Community page.
I'd be glad to help edit your downloaded receipts in QuickBooks Online. Before that, can you share with me the exact error message you're getting with when editing the receipt in the QBO mobile app? Also, can you help me verify if the receipt is showing the bank's register when logging in to your QBO account on a web browser?
Any additional info would be much appreciated. This will also help me in providing you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
Just add your details to this thread so we can get back to you and assist you further. Have a good one.
Notes:
There's literally a hundred or more receipts not showing up in my browser, but are in the mobile app yet uneditable.
Thanks for your help and input!
I'm using firefox 121.0.1 (64-bit) Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu canonical - 1.0, and I just reran updater, and everything is upto date. Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS
Soo.... There's seemingly something "skipping" on the QB's browser side of things. If, when I'm in "reviewed receipts" area, I click on the lower right corner "Next" button at a reasonable speed, I get to the last "461-464" with receipt dates in September 2022. But i tried again and I ended up in May somehow. But then it dawned on me, I SHOULD be on 461-464, which is just 4 receipts on the last page, yet, I'm getting results of a full 10 receipts! I just noticed this, and that HAS got to be something wrong, I shouldn't see 10 results when it should be only 4....
I refreshed again, and clicked slower, and low and behold, I got to March 2022 this time. But still not to January 2022. Weird. Well let's try once more and click unbearably slow... And this time I got to the REAL end of my receipts, all the way to January, AND the "Last" button appeared half way through clicking "Next". The "Last" button has NEVER been there before; just the "FIRST", "PREV" and "NEXT".
This is the type of bug that would be impossible to explain to customer care (I would know because I've tried before with other unrelated bugs that never got fixed...).
