Hi there, rebaustin.

Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community. I'll be sharing details to ensure you'll be able to have two screens open while using QuickBooks Online.

You can have to screens open or have multiple windows while using QuickBooks Online by clicking the report menu. Then, right-click on the report title and select Open link in the new tab. Please note that even it's about reporting it also works in your task since the purpose is to have two screens available. You'll need to refresh the other one so you'll be able to see which part you want to utilize.

Additionally, if you have already opened another window for QuickBooks Online, you can directly refresh the page. This way, it will reflect all information and features associated with QuickBooks.

Lastly, I'm also adding this article to further guide you in effectively managing your business using QBO: Help guide for QuickBooks Online. It contains topics about advanced accounting, banking, and payments to name a few.

I'm all ears if you have other concerns about opening various windows in QuickBooks. You can drop a comment below, and I'll gladly help. Take care, and I wish you continued success.
