Hello there, allison.
Let me discuss the different charges you may encounter with your QuickBooks subscription and route you to the right team to verify this and obtain a refund if necessary.
Please note that there may be periods when your plan is charged twice per month. Subscribing to a payroll account as an add-on service is one of the possible reasons. To verify this, I recommend visiting the Customer Account Maintenance Portal (CAMPs) to check where charges coming from and why.
However, I still suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They're the best support group for such inquiries as they can request account information. This way, they're able to verify the amount being charged twice and can process a refund for you.
Here's how to contact them:
In case you need steps on how you may modify your billing schedule to make sure you pay on time you can read this article: Update billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.
The Community is always open if you have other questions about managing your billing subscription. I got your back, allison. Have a nice day ahead and take care!
First, dispute any charges you feel are being incorrectly immediately and change the payment method. Did you look at your billing subscriptions to see if they are current and correct? Go to Settings Cog then subscriptions and billing.
I am also being double-charged. It started in May. Up to May, I was being charged $10.30/mo for QuickBooks Self-Employed. Now, I am being charged $20.60/mo. I went under billing, and it shows (2) on my subscription. I should not have (2) of the same subscription. I think something broke in May for multiple people. Having a tough time getting ahold of someone in my time zone, but I hope once I reach someone it will be refunded.
