How do I PRINT a budget for CY26 that also shows CY25 actuals?

While QuickBooks Online (QBO) has tools for budgeting, it doesn’t natively print multi-year comparisons, treasurer169. But here’s a quick workaround to print your CY26 budget with CY25 actuals.

Let’s start by running two separate reports: one for your CY25 actuals and another for your CY26 budget using the Budget vs. Actuals report. Next, export both reports to Excel and place the 2025 actuals next to the 2026 budget to show the comparison.
