Hi,
You need to perform two tasks:
- Setting up inventory in QB.
- Creation of purchase bill
Inventory setup can be done by entering basic info such as inventory name, cost, type, category and initial quantity.
Alternatively, you can create a purchase bill and create inventory directly from there.
While creating a purchase bill, you need to create a supplier first.
There, you can add all supplier info.
