I am trying to figure out how to create a report that shows all non taxable sales.

You can create the Taxable Sales Detail report to display all non-taxable sales in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Ddmjulie.

Here's how to generate it:

  1. Log into your QBO account.
  2. Go to Report, then choose Standard Reports.
  3. Enter the Taxable Sales Detail report in the Type report name here tab.

If you're using the Modern view, you'll need to switch to the Classic view to display non-taxable sales transactions. To switch, click the button in the top-right corner. Here's a visual guide for reference:

Once you're on the report page, customize it using the Filter feature to display non-taxable transactions. Kindly follow these steps:

  1. On the Taxable Sales Detail report page, click on the Customize tab.
  2. In the Filter section, check the boxes for Customer Taxable and Product/Service Taxable. Then, select Non-taxable from their drop-down menus.

  3. Add further personalization as needed. Once done, click Run Report.

You might also find memorizing your reports feature convenient, as it allows you to save your current customization settings in your QBO for future use.
