I am trying to sign up for Online Bill Pay with Quickbooks Online, but I was under a trial with Bill.com but the Bill.com connection wont disconect even after canceling.

Here's what the message says on the screen. And of course, calling that number is useless!! "We noticed you're currently using Bill.com You can use either Bill.com or Bill Pay for QuickBooks Online, but not both simultaneously. Compare the two and see which one is right for your business. Compare the two If you want to switch to Bill Pay for QuickBooks Online please contact customer support at xxx-xxx-xxxx. Note that it will take a few days to process your account deactivation. All users with active bank access will be notified by email once the account has been deactivated."

Try this workaround. Create a MP account and connect it with your QBO.

I recommend contacting the Bill.com team. This way, they can review the account to ensure it shows as canceled. If it is canceled, you'll need to connect with our QuickBooks Online customer service team to help with the connection.
