I am unable to connect with Amazon. Quickbooks says to check my credentials which I have done and confirmed they are correct. Any suggestions?

Has anyone else been successful with this Quickbooks Self Employed / Labs / Amazon connection?

Thanks for bringing this up in the Community, amotawi. We understand how important it is to seamlessly connect Amazon with QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

 

Upon checking our records, we've received similar reports of users encountering a credentials error (Error 103) when connecting Amazon to QBSE. We recommend contacting our support team so they can add you to the affected user's list. They'll also notify you via email of updates about the issue.

 

Here's how:

 

• To access QB Assistant from your browser, go to Assistant. If you’re using the QBSE app, tap the + button, then choose Ask QB Assistant.

• You can also talk to our live agents. You can reach them Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM and on Saturdays from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. You can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Help (?) menu, then click Contact Us.
  2. Enter "talk to a human" and select Continue.
  3. Choose which way you want to connect with us.

In the meantime, you can consider adding your transactions manually by uploading a CSV file.
