If you're using the QuickBooks mobile app, you can create an invoice in the Quick Actions section. Another alternative is to click the Menu icon and select Invoices.
However, if you still can't find the invoice option, we can perform basic mobile troubleshooting to help you sort this out.
For iOS:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Select Reset App Data.
- Click on OK.
For Android:
- Proceed to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the right upper right corner.
- Tap on Settings.
- Select Refresh Data.
- Click on Yes.
On the other hand, if you're using the QBO Desktop app, we'll need to reset the app data to refresh it. This process will help clear out any stored files that may negatively impact the system, ultimately resolving potential issues.
Here's how:
- Click Help on the navigation bar at the top.
- Select Reset App Data.
- Wait for the process to complete, then close the app.
- Ensure to right-click the app and Run as Administrator when re-opening.
