I've got some steps for you to see and access your customers, invoices, or estimates.
Firstly, you can open QuickBooks Online by using a private window. This isolates the cache, which is the usual cause of unexpected behaviors in browsers.
If this works when working with your customers, reviewing and making sales forms go back to your regular browser and clear its cache.
Alternatively, please use the other browsers that I've mentioned.
