With the Billing & Subscription tab, you can easily update or switch your billing cycle in QuickBooks Online.
A possible reason, if the user was unable to see the switch button, could be the limitation of access to the account. The master administrator has the only full authority to manage the account.
I have here a screenshot below for your reference.
If you’re currently on annual, you can only switch within 30 days before your next billing date. If prompted, you can resubscribe to your old billing cycle before switching to the new one.

Hi. I am accessing my account using the Admin rights, but I have failed to switch from monthly to annual billing. When I click the "Switch" button, nothing happens. Please advise what I should do. Thank you.

But before we proceed, are you getting an error when switching the billing cycle from monthly to annual? If so, This is an ongoing issue. Our engineers are working to get this fixed as soon as possible.
