I changed my password and all that and I can't send invoices

I cannot edit, send an invoice

Hello there, amandasdogwalkin.

 

In QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), changing passwords won't usually affect your invoicing. Since you mentioned being unable to edit and send them, may I know if there's any error you've encountered? This way, we'll be able to know what to do and how to come up with a possible solution for a specific error. 

 

For now, you can use a private browser to rule out any browsing history or cached files causing the problem. Here are the shortcut keys for accessing private browsers:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

If the issue persists, I recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Also, you can use other supported web browsers that can help identify if the issue is related to your current browser.

 

Additionally, you can also run a report to see some summarization on a specific area of your business.
